There are several different ways to mount your antlers. There is a traditional mount that is basically the antlers and the top half of the deer skull mounted to a plaque.

The skull cap is usually covered with leather like fabric and fastened to the mount with screws. A European mount is made up of the Entire skull with the horns boiled clean and this complete skull and antlers are mounted to a plaque.
